Grain is judged on moisture, protein, foreign matter and damage — and then on whether the next shipment matches the last one. We buy against a written specification and keep the sampling record with the lot, so that a repeat order is a repeat, not a fresh gamble. 粮食按水分、蛋白、杂质与损伤度判定，然后看下一批是否和上一批一致。我们按书面规格采购，取样记录随批次留存，让重复下单真的是重复，而不是重新赌一次。
