One asset is in development and has already shipped; the other is at the agreement and development stage. Both are held at concession level, not bought in. 一项资产已进入开发阶段并完成首批发运；另一项处于协议与开拓阶段。两者均为矿权层面持有，而非外购货源。

On trading We do not buy and resell other parties' tonnage. Concession, extraction, haulage and paperwork sit with us — which is what determines what we are able to commit to. 关于贸易：我们不买卖第三方手中的货。矿权、开采、运输与单证都在自己手里——这决定了我们能够承诺什么。

How We Work我们的作业方式

One Chain, Under Our Own Control一条链路，自有控制

Development means the work starts at the ground, not at a supplier's offer. Each link below is run by our own people or under our own contracts. 开发意味着工作从矿地开始，而不是从供应商的报价开始。以下每个环节由自有团队执行，或以我方合同组织。

    Concession矿权

    Held directly or under agreement with the competent authority. Our position is at the asset level, not on a spot purchase. 直接持有，或与主管部门签署协议持有。我们的位置在资产层，而非现货采购。

    Geology & development地质与开拓

    Sampling, logging and development works are organised by our own site team, against a programme we set. 取样、编录与开拓工程由自有现场团队按我方设定的方案组织推进。

    Extraction & loading开采与装车

    Work at the face, sorting and loading are carried out on site under our supervision. 采场作业、分选与装载在矿场由我方监督下完成。

    Haulage & freight内陆运输与海运

    Road haulage to the loading terminal, booking and bills of lading are arranged by us. 至装货码头的陆运、订舱与提单由我方安排。

  5. 05

    Entry & release申报与放行

    The lot travels with its full document set and is entered and released at the contracted port. 货物随附完整单证，在合同约定的口岸完成申报与放行。

Standards标准

Assayed Before It Moves未检不发

Nothing leaves the ground without an assay and a complete document set. Counterparties may nominate their own inspector. 未经检测、单证不全，货物不出矿场。交易对手方可自行指定检验机构。

Pre-shipment assay装船前检测 Every lot is sampled and assayed before loading; results travel with the documents. 每批货装柜前取样检测，结果随单证同行。
Document set单证完整性 Export and entry documents issued for the lot, not generic paperwork. 为该批次签发出口与进口单证，而非通用文件。
Independent inspection第三方检验 The buyer may appoint its own inspector at origin, at its own cost. 买方可在产地自行指定检验机构，费用自理。
Disclosure信息披露 Concession documents, survey data and assay records are released to counterparties under confidentiality, as needed. 矿权文件、勘察数据与检测记录在保密前提下按需向交易对手方开放。
