Copper-Gold — Agreement to Development. 铜金矿 — 从协议到开拓
A copper-gold project held under agreement with the national mining authority. Development works and resource definition are being carried out on site by our own team, supported by a locally registered entity and a project office in country. 与国家矿业主管部门签署协议持有的铜金项目。现场开拓工程与资源界定由自有团队推进，并由当地注册实体与在地项目办事处支撑。

Sampling and assay are run to a written programme. Counterparties may appoint their own inspector and review the underlying data under confidentiality. 取样与化验按书面方案执行。交易对手方可自行指定检验机构，并在保密前提下审阅底层数据。

Offtake arranged against future production, on specification and volume to be agreed. 针对未来产量安排包销，规格与货量另行约定。
